I began my career journey at Bosch in 2023 in Hatvan by joining the prestigious Junior Managers Program, a comprehensive training initiative designed to groom aspiring leaders in various industries. ๐ง During my time in the program, I am part of the Bosch Mobility Electronics Division, where I have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented colleagues, and learn from experienced mentors. ๐ I have already spent 6 months in the Quality Department as Quality Project Leader, and now I am spending my second 6 months in production as a Q-teamer, moving over to the Technical Functions Department to gain insights into product industrialization as Project Manager. As my final stage in 2025, I will be traveling to Suzhou, China for knowledge transfer and project leading. ๐ ๐พ One of my favorite hobbies is spending time with my five Labrador dogs. Whether we're going for a leisurely walk in the park, playing fetch in the backyard, or visiting a lake, my furry friends bring so much joy and companionship into my life. Taking care of my five dogs not only brings me happiness and relaxation but also helps me stay active and connected to nature. It's a hobby that fills my heart with love and laughter every day. ๐ผ Overall, the Junior Managers Program is a major stepping stone in my career development, shaping me into a confident and capable leader ready to take on new challenges and make a positive impact in the business world. #CareerJourney #Bosch #JuniorManagersProgram #Leadership #ProfessionalDevelopment #QualityManagement #ProjectManagement #MobilityElectronics #WorkLifeBalance #DogLover

Hello Everyone, I'm super excited to share my recent learning on my leadership office simulation session as a beginning of our evolve journey with Audi and Tata cohort core team Members at Bosch. The session starts with an office simulation activity where we all team members were assigned a role to be acted as in office and I got a role of CEO of my company where I have to manufacture a product according to client's demand and after that I have to deliver it to the client within time limit. Now here I got 8 associates (my team members) with their assigned task (role) to complete and deliver the product on time. after the completion of activity, we as a team got to learn real learning form the activity. Here are the main learnings we got to learn as a leadership point of view: - 1. Time management 2. Resources management 3. Wide imagination 4. Optimistic approach 5. Effective communication among associates 6. Qualitative understanding about process 7. Decision making under pressure and many more points. As I understood that mindset for any job is very important, it gives us the really way of imagination which brings difference in our approach that we put in our work. Also learnt.... ๐ค How listening is important, because when you listen carefully then only, you'll be able to simulate it in your mind to act upon it effectively How establishing good communication among your team is important to catch-up different creative ideas to solve the problem. How Believe in the team is important that develop amazing teamwork and coordination in team, also encouraging them for their contribution for the task. This session has really concluded with my actual picture to this corporate world. how actually things work in the company and how we need to think and accept the reality, also taught me how big leader are made and what different they do to be called as big leaders. I really want to thank Vu Nguyen Phong for this amazing session and for a different view of learning. A learning is useless if it is not applied so I'm definitely going to apply my learning in my journey ahead๐ Bosch Global Software Technologies #leadershipdevelopment #leadershipskills #greatplacetowork #aplapune #beboschlers

Sharing responsibilities not only supports the unification of professional and personal goals, but also brings different perspectives and ideas to the top of our business development team. Lea Hellweg, with her background as a mechanical engineer from KIT, has been a key part of the team since 2018, shortly after the company was founded. During her many years working for BD at memetis, she has been instrumental in shaping the company's success today. Rebecca Stekeler then came on board in 2021 with a degree in Industrial Engineering, also from KIT. Her background not only allows her to bridge the gap between customer communication and understanding the problems and needs of engineers, but also to integrate new strategic approaches into the business development team. Together they are committed to strong, collaborative leadership and their combined skills and shared vision are aligned to drive memetis even further ๐ . True to the saying: "๐๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐ ๐๐จ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ฃ๐", we are excited to entering this new era of leadership at memetis!! ๐ #leadership #businessdevelopment #teamwork #innovation #growth

Program and Project Manager that drives change and improves processes. | Mental Health Awareness Advocate I Professional Development Strategist I 2024 WOPM Community Impact Award Recipient
Did you enjoy taking field trips back in the day during school? I did; they often gifted new perspectives. I recently started retaking field trips for professional development that supports creativity and innovation. As a Program Manager, I'm aย #PMAtPlay and a continuous student of the different aspects of project management. I recently took a field trip to the BMW Group Plant and Zentrum Museum in Spartanburg, SC. I toured and observed human-robot collaboration and processes that enhance performance management. Seeing glimpses into the history, present, and future of BMW was a fantastic experience. Experiences like this reiterate the importance of a well-thought-out strategy and how it can cement an impactful legacy, build a thriving community, and support the livelihood of others. How do you observe and stir up creativity and innovation that help you be an impactful professional? Photo Credit: BMW Zentrum #projectmanagement

For the past 3 months I have been part of the most amazing team Together with Camila Pereira & Leon Kamp. The three of us have performed the 2023-2024 TRATON Project Module. This year, we have been given the challenge by TRATON Group Product Management to contribute in the setting of Brand Portfolio Positioning. Over the course of 12 intensive weeks, we put our focus to crafting a robust framework aimed at optimizing brand positioning and fostering differentiation. "But what does this entail?" one might wonder... Consider this: why does an Audi passenger car convey one distinct message compared to a Skoda which has another one, despite sharing the majority of components and being subsidiaries of the Volkswagen Group? The answer lies in Brand Positioning and Offering Differentiationโa concept we delved into deeply during our tenure at TRATON. TRATON are doing the same for trucks. ๐ ๐ Incredibly happy for the past 3 months, with all the learnings and new perspectives in the TRATON Setting, and to have met these 2 amazing colleagues and now close friends. Wishing you both the best of luck in your positions in VW Truck and Bus, and MAN. ๐
