Yeah, I think that's something that happens every day. We just had that happen with one of our our large retailers that we partner with. But you know for me it's, you know, I think this goes back to kind of anything, right, Especially when you're coming in for the first time to to maybe whether it's a, it may be a retailer relationship like a buyer like you referenced or anybody else that you're coming into contact with the first time with that. Business relationship, the thing it starts with putting together data on a story if that makes sense because everyone's driven by data now right today it's it's you see it even buyers or others that didn't look at things like Nelson and spends it's very top of mind where his performance at and and that really drives a lot of the conversation. And so I think that needs to be always part of it, right is what is the data saying and what is that telling us about the current state of things right and knowing how to use data. So I think it's not only about talking about syndicated. Data sources like a Nielsen or Nielsen or spins, but how can you be creative if you don't have those, if you're at a smaller company too and and putting those to work for you. But the piece that I think is missing a lot too is it's combining that data aspect with the story and it's Amazon. We have a great story of being mission based people planet prosperity. Same thing with the General Mills natures way of the world. Everybody has a story and I feel like a lot of the times we're not getting those two things put together or you see the story is is. Overemphasized or the data is overemphasized.

The waves of innovation and progress in the Retail Supply Chain show no signs of slowing down 👀 This was evident at the 2024 Bentonville Supply Chain Innovation Expo, where bops' was selected to present this past week. Our CEO, Jorge Risquez, was joined on stage by Todd Harbour, Director of Customer Supply Chain, North America for Coty, and DeAnna Boren, Sr. CPFR Manager for Coty, to discuss how the partnership between bops and Coty started, and how it is helping Coty succeed in Walmart. For suppliers selling through major retailers, lost sales (due to out-of-stocks) are a crucial challenge that carries substantial weight. Every opportunity to reduce out-of-stocks risks eroding profit margins. Suppliers that are ahead of the game in tackling this challenge remain committed to trying new things, innovating, learning, and iterating on a consistent basis, while intentionally building a proactive relationship with their retail partners. Whether out-of-stocks are related to forecast accuracy or phantom inventory, reducing them remains a top priority for Todd, DeAnna and the Coty team. The vision of synchronizing inventory with consumer demand has been a dream for suppliers and retailers since the early 1990s. Today, pioneering companies like Coty are making it a reality 😍 __ At the expo, we also enjoyed learning about the 2-D barcode from John S. Phillips, SVP of Go-to-Market and Customer Supply Chain at PepsiCo. John shared insights on how the transition from the one-dimensional (1D) GS1 bar code toward the two-dimensional (2D) GS1 barcode will usher in a new era for consumers, where they can scan the barcode to learn more about the products they are buying, and increase their engagement with the brand who manufacturers the product. __ To wrap up this year's Bentonville Supply Chain Expo, we'd like to extend a special thank you to Todd and DeAnna from the Coty team for joining us on stage, the Plug and Play Supply Chain & Logistics the University of Arkansas teams for inviting us on that stage, and the Walmart Supplier Community members who supported us at the event.
