Our hotel is listed on booking.com in beirut lebanon and they terminated our contract claiming that we are incorrectly reporting no shows while this has never happened The problem is that their unpro fraud team refuses to provide any info about the suspected reservations that led to their decision and when we tried to reach anyone who can give us a chance to prove them wrong they refused even to discuss Noting that our hotel was one of the top 5 in the whole country Unfortunately the lack of transparency and professionalism of their fraud team has dropped booking.com from one of the best booking channels into a very unprofessional and low standard unreliable company and we believe in a couple of years many other channels will be at the top Date of experience: July 08, 2024

I recently encountered a fraudulent activity by booking.com and its vendor over a booking i made through your platform. Sad to see how your CS turned the table across this fraud

2moQuiero compartir nuestra desafortunada experiencia reciente con Booking y el Hotel Casa Ticul en Playa del Carmen, México. Durante nuestras vacaciones, reservamos una estancia de 6 noches en dicho hotel a través de la plataforma de Booking. Al llegar, nos cobraron la totalidad de la estadía, pero nos encontramos con varias sorpresas desagradables:Dormitorios y cortinas con hongos.Presencia de cucarachas.Puertas de las habitaciones dañadas por la humedad.Falta de aseo general.Baños en mal funcionamiento.Aguantamos solo dos noches antes de decidir cambiarnos a otro lugar. Inmediatamente hicimos el reclamo a través de Booking para que intermediaran conforme a las políticas de la reserva, buscando la devolución de las noches no ocupadas. Solo se nos devolvieron aproximadamente 35 dólares, cuando deberían haber sido más del 50% del total pagado.Booking no verifica adecuadamente el estado de los hoteles que promociona en su plataforma. Aún estamos esperando una respuesta satisfactoria por parte de Booking sobre la devolución de nuestro dinero. Esta experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante y no podemos recomendar el uso de Booking. Somos un matrimonio con tres niños y esperábamos algo muy diferente para nuestras vacaciones.
