Look at me being all corporate and sharing PostTag's post... Thing is, I don't think a lot of you actually realise:- a) What we actually do. b) How much better we are than anybody else in the World at doing the mystical thing you don't now we do. So, without further ado lets answer the Elephant in the room. a) What we actually do is capture address details, either on a website, postcode drop down, search as you type, real time or batch. We then validate that address, ensure it is correct and then using our technology stack provide the precise location for that address. We do a lot more than that but lets stick with that as a starter. which leads me on to b) The reason why we provide a more accurate address and location is due to the fact that we use pull data from multiple sources to create our own data sets which we then use machine learning to further enhance and manipulate. The end result is that in tests we are consistently 4-10 times more accurate than our 'competition' and - on average - 145m closer to the actually front door than Google. The end result is PostTag gets drivers to the right location, reduces fuel usage and therefore cuts down on CO2. Last year we saved Evri, Domino's Addison Lee Gophr plus a whole bunch of other companies over 64.5m wasted delivery miles. Want to know the best bit? SENIORS ARE ORDERING ONLINE During a recent conversation, I was excitedly discussing our new POS system's online takeout ordering feature. This feature has been requested for more than a year, but we've held off on the option as we've ironed out our technology systems. The person I was speaking with interrupted me, saying, "Wait, I thought you worked in senior living." Confidently, I replied, "I do. Many of the members of our (residential) club are requesting the option to order takeout from their iPads." It's not unusual for people to underestimate seniors' forward-thinking nature, but this encounter stood out. The individual insisted, "No 85-year-old can or wants to order food online." However, that's not entirely true. While not every resident may want to order food online, many of our club members aged 65-100 can and do! I feel fortunate to know individuals who continue to evolve at every age, and I enjoy modernizing our business to meet their needs! This is a perfect reminder to take a product approach to senior living innovation. Advise less, listen more. PS: So excited to be working with eMenuCHOICE! It has been a game changer so far!

Building climate-positive consumption habits Working with one telecom provider, we recently completed a mission in gamifying screen time limits while promoting regular exercise. In the context of the game, families are incentivized to track and limit screen time goals over a 21-day period. By participating in the game and meeting the screen time goals, users have the option of receiving a gift card for use at participating retailers of sports goods and book stores. We get taught political speech and politically correct/evasive communication tactics as we progress up the corporate ladder. Here is a prime example of using all that CEO polished speaking for all the wrong reasons. It’s one thing to hide intent to avoid saying the wrong thing to panic prone stock markets via annual reports, but to use that clever evasive language to hide low accountability is very poor behaviour indeed.
