In collaboration with WATG and Wimberly Interiors, we worked on a 51,000 m2 hotel 🏨 with 669 rooms 🛏️ located in #TimesSquare, Manhattan, New York 🗽. Our team was responsible for the #BIM modeling of interior architecture and for documenting all rooms and public areas of the hotel during the SD, DD, and CD phases 🏗️. With an appropriate BIM strategy, we were able to streamline the coordination between disciplines for this iconic and large-scale project, quickly detecting clashes and taking measures to resolve misalignments or changes in the location of elements 🔄. Given the tight delivery schedules ⏳, we offered different strategies to manage the constant redesign changes. The implementation of the #BIM methodology was essential to optimize these timelines and make the most of the available tools .
