When Client Manager Christopher O'Connor brought home a dog during the pandemic, he didn't realize she'd soon give birth to nine more. But the surprise didn’t faze him. He rolled up his shirt sleeves, delivered the pups and found good homes for the ones he and his family couldn't add to their household. The way Chris responded to and followed through on an unforeseen challenge at home isn’t much different from how he responds to a challenge at work. Each day brings a new and unexpected event, Chris said, and he's constantly in learning mode. He gives each client focused attention, reflecting both the high bar Chris sets for himself and the philosophy across Cenlar that our clients should be treated as such. Building strong relationships and treating them as too important to fail is Chris’s secret sauce.
