Reflecting on JEC World 2024 🔍 JEC World 2024 was a resounding success, marking its biggest edition yet with over 43,500 professional visits from 100 countries and 1,300 exhibitors! The event served as a think tank for sustainability, fostering discussions on circular economy principles and showcasing global initiatives. Highlights included: -Insightful discussions during 3 Country on Stage, 4 Sustainability conferences, a Sports Summit and many other elements of program -8,000 face-to-face meetings facilitated through the JEC Business Meetings Program. -Over 600 product launches, 3 Startup Booster winners and 11 JEC Innovation awards winners -The introduction of the Live Demo zone -…and positive feedback and anticipation for the next edition in 2025! It’s always cool to hear about the nitty gritty of these big boy toys, & how they all work, what they can do. The answer, A LOT of crazy, out of this world things. They’re so different than the standard office equipment I deal with daily and so interesting. Couple questions for you. . . Do you print marking material for your business? Are you doing special events? Are you outsourcing the larger/speciality print jobs regularly? Have you done a cost analysis to see if it would be more beneficial to do the jobs in house? 💡 Sweden Innovation Days 2024 🧠 On the 20th and 21st of March, Vinnova, the Swedish Energy Agency, and Formas, a Swedish Research Council for Sustainable Development, are hosting Sweden Innovation Days. Sweden Innovation Days is a yearly digital event aiming to connecting innovation actors from Sweden and other countries around the world. The ambition is to create a more sustainable world, through international partnerships and collaborative efforts. Last year, the focus was on why Sweden is a world leader within innovation, how we can enable innovation that has a positive environmental, social and economic impact, and how to take on today’s biggest challenges together.
