The SEC is reportedly likely to notify 14 asset managers as early as this week regarding the approval status for their respective Bitcoin ETF applications. This comes in anticipation of the January 10 decision deadline. If ETF’s gets approved big players can directly buy or sell on stock market just like a stock. You don’t have to come to an exchange ( unsafe centralised exchanges ) and as it is regulated so big institutions like Google, Microsoft, Facebook etc will join in and dominate price movement. #Spot #ETFs have a 75% chance of being approved according to #Bloomberg reports. But do they? The #Blackrock ETF decision was already delayed until 2024. Which means the rest of the ETF decisions could have the same verdict I’m guessing. Why would they delay some #ETF decisions but accept some other ones? The #Grayscale announcement was significant and the general consensus on #x is that because they won their case… And on top of that, the #SEC is taking L after L and another decision has to be made on the #Coinbase case that they’ve opened up… They’ll be set to take another few L’s that’ll give #Crypto the ‘all-clear’ that’ll catapult the market into a bull phase. The SEC is losing more and more credibility by the case and it looks great for the Crypto #market because if they lose it there will be nothing left in the way of Crypto. It seems like a lot to go smoothly in the next few months and into the next year but I am hopeful that these things can happen.
