Everyone likes to feel like they’re insiders. One way to create exclusivity is through paid loyalty programs where you spoil your VIPs with perks like free shipping, discounts, and exclusive sales. In fact, McKinsey & Company found that 62% of consumers spend more money with a brand once they’re part of one. Just ask Amazon. Their first Prime Day of 2023 was the biggest sales day in the company’s history. Prime members saved a reported $2.5 billion through discounts. And the amount Amazon made that day is without a doubt way higher than that. How are you creating exclusivity for your customers?
