When pricing your short term rental it is vital to make sure your pricing algorithm is designed to detect these amenities, and ensure these listings are accurately priced to reflect the relative seasonal amenity demand. In Atlantic City, which is under a heatwave through the weekend, properties on the water typically see a 12% higher occupancy rate in the summer, which doesn't occur out of season.
