Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board reposted this

The SBRI team have had a great couple of days celebrating the end of our Patient Comms Project with challenge lead Tracey Williamson. Thanks to Dyfed Edwards , Chairman of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board for taking the time to join us to hear about the project. A special thank you to Rachel Wright and her PALS team for all of their support given throughout the project. Clinical colleagues in Ysbyty Gwynedd and Ysbyty Glan Clwyd have worked immensely hard collaborating with the suppliers Redstar and Round Safely to deliver this pilot to improve communications with relatives whilst their loved ones are in hospital. We will keep you updated on developments post project.
