@DisasterReady is a new free online course from @HumanityInclusion and @MSF. Using the evidence-based Activity Independence Measure-Trauma (AIM-T) tool this course teaches healthcare professionals a way to measure patients’ independence in daily life activities in crisis-affected contexts. Too often we find that trauma care in humanitarian settings is focused on saving life and limb, overlooking rehabilitation. The NASHP Hospital Cost Tool offers rich insights into hospital revenue, profit, and expense data at both the hospital and health system level. I am grateful to have been able to contribute to the development of this data brief concerning the 'National Trends of Hospital Revenue, Profit, and Labor Costs: 2011-2022' alongside our Mathematica and NASHP teams. It's worth the read!
