The path to ill health is greased and paved with addiction to UPFs. And goodness, is it a challenge to pick a different aisle or road less traveled these days. In the name of wellness, ideal presence, wholeness, choosing food, could you refrain from all the "industrially formulated edible substances"? For me this conversation also includes the link between the lack of microbiome for our physical and mental health as well. What if you chose to eat 7 to 14 days of real food? What might your personal challenges be? For me, thankfully, I take my coffee, 1 per day, with maple syrup (local). The rest of my day's meals would change about 30%. What is your own internal resistance? Habit? Rebellion? Dopamine? Knowing information is one thing. Putting change into action can be a heavy lift, psychologically, emotionally, physically and so on. Why would you want to change? For the sake of what? Or is our life the often used metaphor of the slow boiling frog? One person's attempt. 👇 #idealpresence #bridgethegap #healthandwellness #communication #teamcommunication

Exactly!💔 Not only that, but milk is not good for you. It’s made for calves, the molecules are too big or something like that and can cause a lot of health problems. I have an amateur YouTube channel where I have some shorts and regular videos about easy ways of making plant-based milk, healthy food choices, life in general… I will be posting the link here soon as I intend to make more and more videos so you can subscribe and we can help these poor animals by making one good choice at the time!💗🙏🥺
Here's why we only drink plant-based milk! Share this post to inform others. #WorldPlantMilkDay
