How can better salary benefits help your company? 🚨 Last week I conducted a poll to see which benefits people found most attractive. Almost three quarters of respondents voted for 30 days plus annual leave with only 1% voting for the wellbeing platform. How can this data help your company? 🤔 A wellbeing platform can cost an employer a lot of money and can be overlooked by employees who forget to use it and may never actually log on to the platform. Now while a wellbeing platform is a nice plus to have, it's not what people look for when choosing to join a new company. The top two most attractive benefits would be extra annual leave for your employees to unwind and relax, as well as providing healthcare-related benefits. If you offered 30 days as an annual leave allowance and healthcare benefits, you would definitely attract more employees from your competition and be the preferred choice for candidates in the market.
