Seeing the target makes it easier to hit the bullseye. 🎯 We share with everyone in the company a document with the attributes that make for a great Spooner. It's titled "A Great Spooner"(imaginative, we know). Now, we've chosen to publish it on our website and share it with our followers. It's a short document. Some may find it too simplistic, overly idealistic, or just plain unrealistic. We get that—it's definitely not for everyone. But if you're driven to excel and would like a little guidance on where to direct your focus, you might appreciate it. Here it is: 🔗 https://lnkd.in/d7xcvhf7
Thanks for sharing! As both an entrepreneur and a developer in training I couldn't agree more with the vision presented by the company and all the values mentioned. What most people still struggle to realize is that those skills are more valuable than technical preparation, since only one of the above can be teached. A true 'Spooner' is indeed very hard to find!
On point, seeing or knowing what the target is definitely makes it easier to reach the target. The document concisely puts together the traits that each team member should work to attain or improve on!
Im the one but u wont let me into the recruitation process 🤷
This is a great insight into the success of your culture. Thank you for sharing.
I would love to know how hard it is to find one!
