Sometimes life takes an unexpected turn, and for Tom Porter that turn happened from a fall in his bathroom. An ambulance rushed Tom to Headwaters where a cascade of health challenges would test his resilience and determination. “I have a hodgepodge of medical issues, followed by mini miracles all because of my fall. These are all blessings in one form or another.” After spending several days in the hospital, he was told about a new program Headwaters2Home. 2moStay strong Tom!, the resilience you have shown will definitely get you through it. That’s why I always advocate constant education of families living with or having seniors; you do not have to wait for a fall before proofing the house for their protection. They are similar to babies in some ways and needs to be looked out for at all times to avoid situations like this or similar from presenting itself.
