Il Gruppo Bauli continua ad investire nella formazione dei lavoratori del domani.   Recentemente abbiamo avviato una collaborazione con l'ITS ACADEMY MECCATRONICO VENETO per l'istruzione degli studenti nel settore della meccatronica avanzata, con un triplice obiettivo: il supporto ai giovani talenti, la promozione delle iniziative locali e lo sviluppo di competenze specialistiche ormai fondamentali per l'industria food. Insieme a Confindustria Verona, Gruppo Veronesi e Coca-Cola HBC, sosterremo l'avvio della seconda classe del corso per Tecnici Superiori in Automazione e Sistemi Meccatronici per il biennio 2024-26. Il nostro Chief People Officer Massimo Bottacin ha così commentato l'iniziativa: “Siamo entusiasti di sostenere l’avvio di questo corso formativo nella nostra Verona. We have always focused attention on water resources, promoting responsible use and working together for long-term sustainable well-being 💧   The water we use comes from local aqueducts and particularly from wells that are monitored continuously to prevent over-use and to record datasets that help identify any anomalies. Minuto Bauli arriva in centro a Milano! Abbiamo inaugurato il nostro store in Piazza Beltrade, proprio a due passi dal Duomo. Questa nuova apertura rappresenta una tappa fondamentale nel percorso strategico del Gruppo Bauli, che prevede una crescita tridirezionale verso nuove categorie di prodotto, nuovi mercati geografici e nuovi canali di vendita, come ad esempio il canale Out Of Home. Un segmento estremamente interessante che in Italia nell'ultimo anno ha registrato una crescita del 5% e che posiziona il nostro Gruppo anche in tutti quei momenti legati agli acquisti di "impulso".   Così raggiungiamo i nostri consumatori anche fuori dalle loro case, offrendo un prodotto iconico, basato sulla nostra ricetta tradizionale del pandoro, sofficissimo, cotto e farcito sul momento.   Un format su cui continueremo a puntare anche in altre città, in Italia e all'estero.
