I created my own carbon nanocontainer for drug delivery. that's a new skill that I learned after 2 compact weeks to know how can I make it and here we are. this is a virus geometry for nanocontainer and that ligand belongs to parkinson's drug that I need to complete this model to confirm our research is valuable to become our new article. Blockade of purines uptake through T. gondii purine transporters is poised to be a viable therapy for #toxoplasmosis. The purpose of this study was to develop an #invitro cellular model for T. gondii nucleoside transporters in modal MDCK-II cells suitable for assessing the T. gondii purine transporter inhibitors with therapeutical potentials.

Transfection is a critical and highly sensitive bioprocessing step in lentiviral vector manufacture which is used to deliver the necessary genetic elements into cells to initiate viral vector production. A number of challenges related to transfection reagent stability and transfection complex preparation times presently complicate the large-scale GMP manufacture of viral vectors within the industry.   In our latest paper, in collaboration with University College London, we describe the development of several improved transfection methodologies for the production of lentiviral vectors.
