There’s a simple process to make the most out of what to track within your sales. Let’s break this down into sections: First- Business Results: This would be items like revenue, profit and market share Second- Sales Objectives: this would be products per accounts, sales by customer type, close rate, etc Third- Sales Activities: This is the manageable and what should be coached section- demos, proposals, call plan usage Keep it simple, coach the activities that will attain the sales objectives, and those sales objectives should hit the desired business results. #growthstrategy #smallbusinesstips #topperformers
