We all carry a unique spark within us, but there are times when life makes that light feel a little dim. After losing my lower jaw to surgery, I felt like I’d lost myself. 😔 My self-esteem was shattered, and I couldn’t recognize the person I’d become. For months, I couldn’t even look in the mirror, I was terrified of what I’d see. It took a long time to accept myself because I thought I wasn’t enough, i didn't feel as beautiful anymore, not strong enough, not capable enough. But then I realized something: confidence starts in the mind. 🧠 I had to challenge every negative thought and replace it with something true and kind. I reminded myself of what I could do, who I still was, who i wanted to be and that i am stronger than i felt. i had the ability to move forward. 💪 Here are three things that helped me rebuild my confidence: 1. Stop the bad thoughts: When you think something bad about yourself, say something good instead. 💬 2. Celebrate small wins: Every tiny step forward matters. 🏆 3. Surround yourself with love and support: Lean on those who lift you up, even when you can’t see your own worth. ❤️ It’s a journey to wholeness, but trust me, you’re more than enough. 🌟 If I can walk through my challenges and find my worth again, so can you. As business owners, we often celebrate our ability to take vacations. But the real value of productivity is being there for our loved ones in times of need. Supporting my sister during her surgery showed me the deeper meaning of being productive. #BusinessGrowth #FamilySupport #productivity

Before my spine surgery, I never used to slow down. My focus was always on the next goal, the next accomplishment, the next place to be. Even jogging, something I enjoy, was something to tick off on the to-do list. I believed I was living life to the fullest. Until my injury happened. After my surgery, I had to slow everything down for my recovery ❤️🩹. I took a step back to rest. Reevaluated what matters. Spent even more precious and quality time with my girls. And I go on slow walks which helped me appreciate the nature around me. When I first noticed the plants on the sidewalks on my walks, I realised I was living life on a bullet train before. I got to destinations fast, but the journey was a blur. When I slowed down and be more mindful and intentional with my time, every moment became meaningful. Now, I actively shift my focus from, “what's next?” to “what impact can I make now?” This injury not only deepened my soul, it also opened my eyes.  Sometimes, slowing down is the way to move forward. It helps us see things more clearly, and ultimately, be more effective in life. There is no such thing as "overnight success", and the idea actually cracks me up a bit. 👉  Patience is a virtue - you persist, and you wait. 🙏🏼 👉  When I was confined to bed for four months with a slipped disc, unable to even sit in a chair, my doctor suggested surgery, but I was like, "Nope, let's figure this out without going under the knife." 😐 My choice seemed crazy to those around me, but I like doing things my way. 👉  Despite the circumstances, I managed to stay highly productive. 😎 The thing about success is that it's not always what you expect. If you just accept your situation as it is, believing that's all there is, then you're never going to see anything change. #Challenges #Success #CelebrateYourWins #PersonalGrowth #Vulnerability
