This past Friday, BHI CEO Gil Karni had the privilege of sharing some remarks at The Safe Foundation, Inc. Annual Summer Breakfast about the remarkable accomplishments that this non-profit organization has achieved. Since its inception in 2003, the SAFE Foundation has treated over 9,000 people – helping our communities combat the chronic disease of addiction – and meet those needs with holistic treatment options that embrace and support the person and strengthen our families and our communities. BHI has long been a proud partner of SAFE and was honored to join as a sponsor so the organization can continue helping support the communities it serves. We extend our thanks to the Haddad family and everyone over at SAFE for giving us the opportunity to be a part of this extremely impactful event. Rise Recovery has been around a little over 50 years, and the best part of this organization is still YOU‼ Founded in Houston, Texas in 1971, Rise Recovery began as the Palmer Drug Abuse Program. The Program was brought to San Antonio in 1977. Eventually, PDAP rebranded as Rise Recovery to fit the changing culture and our future goals for growth. This rebranding allowed for new programs and expansion, such as the family recovery program. From the beginning, love, acceptance, and support have been the foundation of the healing journey at Rise Recovery, and no amount of growth will change that! ❤ #organizationhistory #nonprofitmission #recoveryjourney #satexas #organizationmission #supportnetwork #healingjourney #addictionrecovery #youarenotalone #recoveryispossible #youthrecovery #recoveryresources #yourstorymatters #addictionhelp #riserecovery #nonprofitservices #addictionassistance #overcomeaddiction #addictionsupport
