Recruiting Struggles and Learnings 🚀 At RAW Coworking, our recent hiring drive was a real eye-opener. Finding the right people is harder than it looks. Loads of applications come in, but figuring out who's really serious about the job takes a lot of time. This means less time for the candidates who truly want to be part of our journey. And hiring never stops. People come and go, and each time someone leaves, we start all over again with someone new. It's tough, training new people and getting used to them. But every new person also teaches us something new about our work and ourselves. Even though it's hard, I believe, these experiences are preparing us for the future.
