Aticco, the leading business group in the coworking sector, has closed an investment round of 10 million euros with the participation of several family offices as well as GCO Activos Inmobiliarios, part of GCO (Grupo Catalana Occidente). With this capital, the scaleup aims to continue its strategic expansion in different cities of the Iberian Peninsula and become one of the main players in the sector in southern Europe. This is another important step in Aticco’s growth trajectory, which will allow the company to continue to position itself as one of the leaders in the coworking sector at a national level with its current 10 coworking spaces, including Aticco Catedral located in Via Laietana and the Barcelona Finance Hub in Passeig de Gràcia, which will open their doors during 2024, as well as other new centres that will open during 2024 and 2025. The transaction, completed on July 1, 2024, will see the city relocate several hundred officials into the building, which has undergone recent sensitive reconstruction. Komerční banka will remain a tenant until the end of 2026. DLA Piper's team was led by real estate practice head Michal Hink.   - Faedra Group has successfully raised €17 million through the Faedra II Real Estate Development Fund, managed by Faedra Fund Management Ltd. The capital will be used for industrial-logistics developments in #Hungary, following significant investor interest and maximum issuance subscription. Concorde Securities Ltd. handled the capital raising and distribution. Faedra Group, known for its industrial logistics and residential developments, plans to continue expanding in its existing asset classes and explore new opportunities. “This successful capital raising confirms the trust investors have in Faedra, which is based on competence, delivering previous yield promises, and outstanding yield potential. It also enables Faedra to strengthen its logistics branch, continue successful industrial-logistics development projects from recent years, and exploit identified opportunities in this asset class,” said Bence Boronkay, founder and CEO of Faedra Group.

EQUILIS Belgium obtains permit for innovative project in #Gilly prioritizing affordable housing.   We're happy to announce that our project aimed at providing economically accessible housing, situated in Gilly, got its permit from the authorities. With #KISSS (Keep It Simple and So Smart), our inclusive concept, we are reshaping the real estate offer to better serve a significant segment of buyers.   "We aim to address a societal issue," explains Luc Parmentier, CEO Equilis Belgium. "It is the first project of this kind for Equilis Group. We start in the suburb of Charleroi, but the goal is to replicate this concept in other major cities in Belgium and in Europe."   We intend to build 18 houses and 69 apartments in Gilly.
