This is a reminder that our happiness and sense of abundance are largely determined by our attitude. When we focus on the things we are grateful for, we attract more good into our lives. When we focus on what we lack, we create a sense of scarcity and dissatisfaction. Take some time each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for. This could be as simple as writing down three things you are grateful for in a journal or taking a few minutes to think about them before you go to bed.
