FIFTY-TWO NATURAL WAYS TO INCREASE TESTOSTERONE 33 44. The Estrogen Flush Stack High levels of estrogens (female sex hormones) are not that uncommon in male bodies these days. In fact, numerous things in our daily lives can increase estrogen levels and the conversion from testosterone to estrogen (which happens via the aromatase enzyme). These include (but are not limited to); being fat, using personal care products with xenoestrogens, drinking lots of alcohol, drinking lots of full-fat milk from pregnant-cows, microwaving plastics, and yes, some men just naturally convert more of their testosterone to estrogen, as they’re “high aromatizers”. How can you combat this and balance your levels? Obviously, being lean, using natural personal care items, drinking less alcohol, not using too much plastic products, and switching to skimmed-milk can work wonders, but there are also some supplements that can be used in estrogen removal (you do need some estrogen for joint health etc., use the stack below if you have too much of it). These supplements include; · Indole-3-Carbinol (IC3), which is a compound found in many cruciferous vegetables that helps the liver chelate estrogens and converts stronger estrogens into weaker metabolites, leading to lower estrogen levels in men and women subjects. · Calcium-D-Glucarate, which is a naturally occurring fiber found primarily in the jelly skin of dark berries. CDG can help remove estrogens by increasing bodily detoxification, in fact, one study claims cDG to be as effective as Tamoxifen. · Glucuronated-resveratrol, which is a polyphenol and slightly modified form of the resveratrol found in red grapes. Resveratrol is a very potent aromatase inhibitor (study, study), but it never had a good bio-availability in the body. Glucuronated-resveratrol is better because of its superior bioavailability.

The relationship between personalized nutrition and fertility Studies indicate that diet can significantly impact human fertility, affecting both the primary prevention of infertility and supporting adjunctive therapies in infertility treatments: Influence of Specific Nutrients: The intake of supplemental folic acid, especially in doses higher than those recommended for the prevention of neural tube defects, has been consistently related to a lower frequency of infertility, lower risk of pregnancy loss, and greater success in infertility treatments. Long-chain omega-3 fatty acids appear to improve female fertility, while adherence to healthy dietary patterns favoring seafood, poultry, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables is related to better fertility in women and better semen quality in men (Gaskins & Chavarro, 2017). Dietary Modifications and Pregnancy Outcomes: Although few studies have investigated the direct effects of dietary modifications on the outcomes of fertility treatments, research suggests that diets with a low glycemic load during pregnancy may reduce the risk of gestational diabetes or large-for-gestational-age births after adjusting for body mass index and total energy intake, but the effect of protein modifications remains controversial (Lim, Noakes, & Norman, 2007). Personalized Nutrition and Female Infertility: Increasing evidence on the significance of nutrition in reproduction is emerging, with different “fertile” dietary patterns being studied. In this scenario, “precision nutrition,” namely personalized dietary patterns based on deep phenotyping and on metabolomics, microbiome, and nutrigenetics of each case, might be more efficient for infertile patients than applying a generic nutritional approach (Fabozzi et al., 2022). These studies highlight the growing importance of tailored, healthy diets as a supportive measure for enhancing fertility in both men and women. While a complete picture of the role of nutrition on fertility is far from complete, much progress has been made. The current findings suggest that a tailored diet, especially for couples seeking to conceive or undergoing infertility treatments, can be beneficial. Prenatal vitamins lacking iron.... what? My colleague, Sophie Zavaglia, is the first person to alert me to the rampant fraud and abuse going on in the supplement industry. Just as she is skeptical of the conspiracy theories I might indulge, I was skeptical at first. Not skeptical anymore. A recently published article shows that many gummy-based prenatal vitamins DON'T CONTAIN IRON. That's insane. I may be a dude, but my wife was pregnant twice. I learned a couple things. One thing I learned: women's bodies need to produce a bunch more blood to carry a child. You need lots more iron to produce all that extra blood. Or you could suffer anemia. It's no joke. This is the type of challenge we take on at our firm. Helping hold companies accountable for systematic violations of the law that hurt people. It could be financial catastrophes. It could be devastating health issues. But they need to be stopped. And if there's one thing we know about corporate America, its this: MONEY TALKS. This is why we're looking to represent women who've purchased gummy versions of prenatal vitamins. Is there anything more important than protecting the health of new moms and their babies? I dare you to say no to my loaded question! DM me if you know anyone who may have been misled by the supplement industry. Help us get industry to stop misleading people and endangering their health.
