Today, Balchem reported today financial results for its 2024 fiscal first quarter ended March 31, 2024. The Company reported quarterly net sales of $239.7 million and quarterly net earnings of $29.0 million.  Ted Harris, Chairman, President and CEO of Balchem said, "The first quarter was a very good start to the year for Balchem. Today, Balchem reported fourth quarter and full year 2023 financial results.  Ted Harris, Chairman, CEO, and President of Balchem said, “The fourth quarter capped off another solid year for Balchem. We delivered record fourth quarter adjusted EBITDA and very strong free cash flow, despite the continued challenging demand environment in parts of our portfolio. I am particularly pleased with our Human Nutrition and Health segment posting record fourth quarter sales and earnings.” Mr. Harris added, “Our full year 2023 results highlight the resilience of our business model in a challenging and volatile market environment. Every year during February, Black History Month is an opportunity to celebrate the rich, vibrant and important history, culture, and contributions of the Black community.  Balchem honors the incredible accomplishments, but we also acknowledge the many challenges that remain. It is critical that we help raise awareness and shine a light on the needs of Black community and the continuing struggle against injustice. We can do this through support for organizations that promote education, awareness, and health and wellness.
