I recently attended the Oxford Programme residential leadership course run by Baker Tilly and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Quite an eye-opener, really. It's funny how it all connects to what I've been doing for the past 15 years. Back in uni, I was a teaching assistant at the MBA school, focusing on managerial communication skills. I helped my professor in teaching leaders communication and negotiation skills, which closely aligns with the theme of this programme. Besides the interesting topics on scenario analysis and leadership development, the Oxford Programme is a fantastic networking opportunity, and it's impressive to see the kind of ideas that emerged. We got to learn so much about each other from all over the world. I look forward to continuing working with my fellow partners on this programme for the rest of the year!
