The reality is, producing a new tech device costs the planet as it requires raw materials to be extracted through invasive techniques like mining, blasting, and drilling. Instead of adding to the billions of new tech produced each year— and putting a further strain on our planet— Back Market exists to extend the life of devices already in circulation ♻️🌎 You can learn about the true cost of new tech and how we’ve been tackling these issues, like saving more than 1.4 trillion liters of water over the past decade, in our Impact Report here 👉 https://lnkd.in/e6xbdrbM. Hi, I have a review about back market. Few days ago we bought an iPhone xsmax because the one I was using stopped charging for a second so we hurriedly bought another one from these guys, order id; 41356220. Before the phone arrived, my phone picked up so we didn't bother to open the delivery when it arrived. I mean what is the use when we will bundle it back? We sent the phone back. To my greatest disappointment, Back Market replied us accusing us to have damaged a phone that obviously didn't leave it's package! It was so evident that the package was untouched . So because your seller who wants to sell his damaged product by all means laid accusation, Back Market did not even bother to do a background check, they immediately laid it on us and is currently forcing us to take back a damaged product we know nothing about! We're still waiting on their feedback and depending on that, we may be taking it up to another level including conducting account registration claims with Apple and conducting a forensic check to confirm our claims of not touching this product. Depending on how you Back Market handle this case, it might be your biggest headache for the year. How easy for you to side your sellers against your customers!

Order # 39577136 Hi All, I wanted to bring my case to your attention because Back Market customer support has not been helpful at all. I ordered an iPhone 13 Mini in excellent condition from Back Market. Initially, the phone appeared to be in excellent condition, but there was a screen protector on it. When I removed the screen protector, I found clear scratches on the screen. A few days later, the screen panel started coming off from the top left side, and the NFC stopped working, causing significant issues with contactless payments. I have already sent the phone back, and now your team is claiming that the phone has accidental damage and therefore cannot be repaired. This is blatantly unfair to me. The seller had already placed a screen protector on the phone to hide the scratches, and now I am being blamed for accidental damage. I did not ask for a screen protector to be put on the phone in the first place. I also received a call from Back Market customer support, and they are still insisting that the phone’s warranty has expired, which is why they cannot do anything. However, the phone is still under the 12-month commercial warranty. I swear I will never buy anything from Back Market again.

Hi there, please could someone contact me about order number 39514699. I'm not having a great experience as the laptop has had lots of performance issues and is overheating to a very high temperature. When I sent back for a repair, I was told the laptop was locked to a remote management company so they can't do anything and sent it straight back to me. I have no knowledge of this third party, and when I contacted them they said their software should have been removed before the laptop was sold to me. On top of this, in general I've bought 2 laptops through backmarket and both times the laptop I have have received has had the wrong spec. I'm sorry to say that the support received so far has not been good at all, and put the onus on me to resolve the problem that was introduced by the seller. I'm happy to send the laptop back to the seller but please could someone help to arrange a refund as I'm not interested in a repair. Unfortunately I've lost trust. Thank you, Rosie

ALL UNDER THE NAME OF SUSTAINABILITY My sad congratulation on the impressive result you got. Here I’d like underline the concept of sustanability: it cannot be stretched on opportunity base mainly when rules are broken. Everybody must be aware the law does not admit ignorance: you were selling products with 6 months warranty instead of 12 as required by the consumer obligation. In consequence the Italian sellers deal with a stone over their shoulders with a clear evidence of unfair competition. The word sustainable cannot be declined on peculiar interest.
