With the adoption of #GenAI spreading across industries, it has been fascinating to see how Microsoft customers are applying this groundbreaking technology to tackle their unique business challenges. I recently spoke with Shamim Mohammad NACD.DC, Chief Information and Technology Officer at CarMax, about his company’s approach to data and AI. CarMax was one of the early adopters of Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, and its success in scaling #AI has a lot to do with how it organized itself to drive innovation across the company.
