You don’t need sight to have vision. That’s what The Brave Cup initiative in Japan teaches us. The Brave Cup is a blind football tournament, giving players with vision impairments (and those without) a level playing field on the pitch. Everyone wears a blindfold and puts the rest of their senses to the test. Cheering on from the sidelines for the past years are longstanding sponsors, #AXAJapan. Trophées RSE AXA 2024 : coup d’envoi à Rennes De nombreuses entreprises et associations françaises s’investissent activement dans l’économie locale. Afin de valoriser leurs initiatives, les Mutuelles AXA ont créé les Trophées RSE AXA, un événement exclusif dédié à la reconnaissance de ces acteurs engagés. C’est près de Rennes que la saison 2024 a commencé. Quatre lauréats ont reçu un trophée pour leurs démarches RSE innovantes et remarquables dans les catégories suivantes : 🏆 Environnement : Malàkio qui recycle les coquillages en objets de décoration de table 🏆 Développement Solidaire : Raison d’Êtres, un projet de maison familiale accueillant des personnes atteintes de la maladie d'Alzheimer et leurs aidants. 🏆 Prévention : Dr. Drone, une entreprise qui nettoie les toits grâce à une méthode économique, sûre et écologique 🏆 Coup de cœur : HEMARINA, un laboratoire biopharmaceutique spécialisé dans le développement de produits de santé issus de sa plateforme technologique propriétaire (M101) qui repose sur les propriétés de l’hémoglobine du ver marin arénicole. ‘Never mind.’ Two words convincing thousands of people they’re fine when they’re not. Mind health issues are on the rise. But with fewer people asking for help, companies aren’t aware they need to. The 4th edition of the AXA Mind Health Survey tells us almost half of the respondents want their workplace to offer external consultation services. Just over a third say their company medical policy should include mind health care. 📣 Join us in spreading the word: 39% of 18-24-year-olds worldwide are facing severe or extremely severe anxiety, stress, or depression. Our young generation's mental health is at risk, but their future shouldn't be! ❎ The majority of under-25 years old are struggling, and it's time to act.  ❎ The proportion of people who are struggling with their mind health has returned to 2021 levels, at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic.  ❎ The majority of under-25s are among the populations identified as doing the worst: 39% are "languishing" ( 4 points compared to 2022) and 19% are "struggling" ( 1 point).  ❎ Younger people today seem disproportionately impacted by mind health issues than older generations. ➡ Early diagnosis, mental health education, and access to professional healthcare services are crucial. #ProtectWhatMatters #AXA4Inclusion
