AVIV Group recognises diversity and inclusion (D&I) as ongoing journeys.  Today we want to share that we have committed to ensuring 40% of our managerial roles are filled by women in 2026. We'll do this by integrating D&I into recruitment, onboarding, and development. Aiming for an environment where everyone feels valued.
