When challenge the answer was "Well, I make sure I do not discriminate against race, gender etc". My response to the client was, "But is this the only way to have diversity or is there more"... This got me thinking as I have seen many client who ensure that their team is a copy of themselves on the account that "We gel faster"... True diversity encompasses a rich tapestry of perspectives, experiences, and ways of thinking. It's about inviting individuals into our teams who not only look different from us but also think differently. 💡 **Challenge the Status Quo**: Diversity isn't just about nodding to inclusivity; it's about actively seeking out those who will shake up our echo chambers. When we surround ourselves with people who think differently, we're forced to confront our own biases and preconceptions, leading to more robust decision-making and innovation. 🔥 **Cultivate Discomfort**: Growth doesn't happen in comfort zones. By welcoming diverse perspectives, we invite discomfort – and that's where the magic truly happens.
