"Will I fit in? Would I seem stupid and inexperienced?" 🤔
These were some of the questions racing through my mind as I stepped into the world of CX at a premium event hosted at Hotel Nimb in the Experience Management Community yesterday.
Surrounded by 25 of the brightest minds in the field, individuals I'd only followed from afar until now, I suddenly found myself among them. Perhaps the most inexperienced one among the group, but still, a part of it. It was an intimidating thought, to say the least. 😱
However, as the event unfolded, I realized that this experience was nothing short of awesome. Linea Svendsen and Tina Dyhr Dupont the two remarkable speakers, shared profound insights into the world of AI and its transformative impact on CX. 💥Stine Ringvig Marsal💥, the event organizer, deserves accolades for orchestrating such an inspiring gathering, and a big thanks for letting me be a part of it. 👏🏻
I learned SO much, not only from their talks but also from the people I had the pleasure of meeting. What truly eased my initial nervousness was the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. I quickly discovered that my inputs and perspectives were as valued as everyone else's, and I was confident in my place among this inspiring group of individuals. 🤩
