Public Health Physician | Consultant | Population Health | Integrated Care | Value Driven Care | Health Policy & Management | Systemic Design | Health System Transformation
0 to 1 Community Hospital of the Future recently received Ministry of Health (Singapore) approval for implementation. This has been a monumental journey of change and stakeholder management to what is hypothesized to be an incremental (hopefully additive) transformation journey which (1) leverages the clinical capabilities of Community Hospitals to service a higher acuity of patients, and supports earlier discharge or right siting of low intensity rehabilitation patients to community care providers, to (2) demonstrate evidence based, safe and effective care model redesign, and national and cluster level policy enablement, and land on (3) Community Hospitals being the first port of call for a wide range of General Medicine and Geriatric patients, and the main site of management of post operative convalescent care. This could not have been achieved without the strong support of: Wee Hoe Gan Lian Leng Low Ming Ee Young Kelvin Koh Alvin Ong Angel Lee Cher Wee Lim and the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation (MOHT) CHoF team. As I continue to advise on this project, I would like to take this chance to reach out to my LinkedIn contacts to fill 5 positions: (1) a project lead (assistant director) to provide overall strategy, planning and operational direction - preferably a clinician with project management experience; (2) a senior researcher to independently lead qualitative and quantitative programme evaluation; (3) two program administrators to ensure program operations and site relations run smoothly; and (4) a stakeholder engagement, comms professional to front conversations. Navigating the convergence of Digital and Healthcare expertise is a common challenge for emerging "Digital Health" companies... Early-stage companies may often excel in one aspect—digital innovation or clinical expertise—while lacking in the other. Bespoke executive search services can help source top talent like Chief Product Officers for clinically oriented companies and/or a Chief Clinical Officer for digitally focused teams. In many cases, a visionary Founder & CEO drives product or software expertise but requires strategic guidance in health regulations, market distribution, and navigating complex payer contracts. Assembling a well-rounded leadership team is crucial, even when budget constraints limit full-time executive hires. Companies can rely on search firms like Alder Brooks to recruit experienced executives or Board Members to bridge the gap in many of these situations. Identifying and securing executive talent across both Digital and Health domains within the "Digital Health" landscape is essential for success. Reach out to [email protected] to explore bespoke recruitment solutions tailored to your Digital Health company's needs. #digitalhealth #healthtech #excutivesearch
