I am beyond disappointed with Livespace. They not only misled us with false deadlines and incorrect payments, but have subjected us to mental torture over the last six months.
Our PID is 2702967/2696188, and we initially chose Livspace for their promised high customer service and design expertise. What we got was the exact opposite. First, they unexpectedly changed our designer, forcing us to explain our requirements repeatedly, leading to misunderstandings and frustrating delays. The new designer Jaspreet Kaur, has been completely unresponsive, provided very few design options, and failed to meet deadlines, causing us to miss the critical September 30 completion date. Now they’ve pushed the deadline to October 6!
Even worse, their so-called "trustworthy" internal software (Canvas) shows different payment amounts than what their team calculates, proving they're blatantly scamming customers. Now, the team is unresponsive what exactly we have the pay, despite repeated messages and emails, both the team and senior management remain unprofessional and unresponsive, showing zero urgency to complete the project. Now, due to the internal team miscommunications, we as a customer are facing trouble.
It's alarming that a company of this size, preparing for an IPO next year, operates with such incompetence and disregard for customers. After looking into it, I discovered numerous complaints already issued against them.
