This month we started the Global Month of Coaching at Autodesk, and last Wednesday we had our second day of sessions.
During this week we decided to focus on more personal topics, that are key to a succesful career.
We had two amazing sessions to cover some of those topics.
We had a virtual session with Sheilla Zulatto regarding Individual Personal Development, how to create your plan to success and many available resources that #Autodesk provides for its employees to embrace their personal development.
After that, as part of a series of sessions with the Autodesk Women in Sales Network, I had the pleasure to talk with our Sr Director Jennifer Argiro about Imposter Syndrome. We had such an amazing conversation with the Costa Rica Hub in our WeWork Auditorium on a topic that we don’t talk about often, but that we all experience. Imposter syndrome comes in different ways and can affect us all, without distinguishing gender, age or experience, we can all be impacted by it.
I was able to come out of my comfort zone and share my personal experience and it was a very special conversation.
Thanks for the numerous participation on our second event, super excited for what’s to come in our Global Month of Coaching the following weeks!
