🌟 Impostor Syndrome is something many of us deal with in our careers. It's that nagging feeling that we're not as capable as others think we are. But guess what? You're not alone, and you're more capable than you think. 🌟 - 😅 I can totally relate to this. There have been times when I've doubted myself, but it's important to remember that our experiences and growth make us valuable. - 💪 One thing that's helped me is setting small achievable goals. Each accomplishment chips away at that feeling of being an "impostor". - 🙌 Impostor syndrome can be tough, but remember, it's just a feeling, not a fact. Step away from the screen for fresh inspiration. ↠ Conceptualize ideas through reflection and self-review. Pause and critique your own work. ↠ Encourage collaboration by documenting your process. Loop in others to spark new ideas! One-size-fits-all processes box us in. It's time to tailor your creative rituals based on what inspires your unique designer mindset. Sometimes your designers have not had time to internalize how much progress they’ve made since the last time they showed you their work in progress. In those cases, let them catch up emotionally before you ask them to show others. Even if you think it’s great and ready. Give them time to believe in their ideas as much as you do. They’ll get there if you don’t push. But if you push you may cause a lot of harm to creativity and collaboration in the following days.
