No matter what's on my plate, it seems the universe has a knack for lining up encounters with amazing folks at least twice a week! Despite a few unexpected plot twists, I'm tackling the challenges ahead with a solid plan for the next quarters. Lately, I've had the cool opportunity to chat with CEOs, COOs, and some seriously hardworking folks from big industries. Seeing Downtown Camden NJ grow, diving into projects like Hopeworks and Wholesome Riches, and having those deep laptop-fueled conversations—it's been pretty epic. Exciting stuff happening at Bloom—we just wrapped up our work with @hopewellvalleylwv, executing the League of Women Voters site. Check out the finished project at www.hopewellvalleylwv.org. And hey, I'm pumped about teaming up with Kay Vaughn for @cireformanall4sports Foundations. You gotta see how it's all unfolding at https://lnkd.in/ekZ6jcJj. ( site in progress ) === Bloom Studios 12 (Marketing Services): Taking a breather. Updates coming soon. Bloom Studios 12 (Website Services): Sprucing things up for a seamless experience. Dungeons and Dragons Services: Coming your way real soon. === Even though things might be moving at a snail's pace, I'm learning from the wise ones that truth and love are the real game-changers. Here's to keeping it real and spreading good vibes. Cheers!

For aspiring young artists looking to embark on their creative journey, the key lies in embracing a proactive approach. Rather than waiting for success to come knocking, seek mentors who are at a similar stage or emerging talents making strides. Understand that being an artist is a privilege, not an exemption from hard work. Only when your artistic pursuits start generating income and fans flock to your shows can you truly consider making it your sole focus. So, the ultimate advice is to tirelessly explore all avenues, relishing the journey, and letting the creative process become a labor of love, not just work. #YoungArtists #GetStarted #ArtisticRecommendations #ArtisticPath #LearnFromThePros #UpAndComingArtists #nspodcasts #newstreetrt #newstreet

In #artsandculture, programming is a central theme and tension in the sector's recovery and resilience. One of the tension points can be the role of "blockbuster" programming. No question, blockbusters drive audience volume and revenues. But TRG Arts data has long told the story: organizations CAN blockbuster themselves to death, resulting in low frequency and low recurring audiences. The key is balance that includes new works, missional work, and more, as my colleague Kate Hagen describes so beautifully below. Does your organization have a process to plan for the impact of your programming decisions on short-term and recurring revenues? Join us in Bristol, England for #ExecutiveConvene: https://lnkd.in/g-iBMhrN to talk about this and more. #programming #resilience #leadership https://lnkd.in/gEWdfwAy
