LPX50 constituent company, EQT Group has announced the acquisition of Constellation Cold Logistics from Arcus Infrastructure Partners LLP. The financial details of the transactions were not disclosed. Constellation provides temperature-controlled storage infrastructure to a wide-range of food producers via a network of 26 storage facilities across seven countries in Western Europe and the Nordics. Bay Grove-backed, Michigan-based, temperature-controlled storage and logistics provider Lineage Logistics is reportedly pursuing an initial public offering of more than $30bn next year. Lineage is the largest cold storage real estate investment trust in the world. Lineage has raised more than $13bn of capital to date. Two rounds totalled more than $2.4bn last year. The company has raised $6.7bn in equity since the beginning of 2020 to go along with a couple of smaller debt issuances over that period. The largest public company for Lineage is Americold Logistics, LLC., which carries a market cap of $8bn. That company went public in early 2018.
