India’s triumphant victory in the T20 World Cup final was a moment of pure sporting drama and relief. After a 13-year wait, they fought back to beat South Africa by seven runs in a thrilling encounter1. Here are some key factors that contributed to their success: Composure Under Pressure: The players’ ability to maintain composure during critical moments was crucial. Whether it was Virat Kohli’s match-defining 76 off 59 balls or Arshdeep Singh’s tight penultimate over, India’s calmness under pressure made the difference2. Bowling Excellence: Jasprit Bumrah’s superb bowling (2-18) and the team’s collective effort restricted South Africa to 169-8. Their ability to execute plans under pressure was commendable1. Superstar Lineup: India boasts a team of superstars chosen from a population of 1.4 billion. Their talent pool and depth of skill were evident throughout the tournament1. Redemption: For Hardik Pandya, this victory was redemption after the heartbreak of losing the 50-over World Cup final to Australia eight months earlier. His crucial wicket of Heinrich Klaasen turned the game in India’s favor1. Historical Significance: This win marked India’s second T20 World Cup title, having won the inaugural tournament in 2007. It also ended their 11-year ICC trophy drought, bringing immense joy to fans and players alike3. In the end, it wasn’t just about statistics; it was about passion, determination, and the sheer joy of victory. India’s cricketing journey continues to inspire fans worldwide 🏆🇮🇳

🤡Toxicity at work🤡 This video made me think, how it is a perfect example on how good or bad emotions and practices spread in a company. Healty and good behavior and practice spread in the company is great, but what about the bad?🤔 I bet we all had a fair share of experience of working in a toxic work environmen and we all know how it effects us psychologically and how broken the company becomes.🤕 It takes a lot of work to break out of that. Under the right conditions, toxic behaviour certainly proliferates like a virus. A problematic person causes damage by negatively impacting colleagues, teams and even an entire organisation. Colleagues can inadvertently pick up bad practices and support a toxic culture. Few exaples: ❌ Constant negativity and criticism. ❌ Lack of communication and transparency. ❌ Excessive office politics. ❌ Lack of empathy and understanding. ❌ Overworking and unrealistic expectations. ❌ Lack of or no recognition. Identifying and dealing with problematic people or practices limits the damage. However, prevention is key as it is more effective than ‘cure’. Companies and every team member must invest in prevention constantly and be on the lookout for signs of toxicity in the company. How ❓ Good question and no perfect recipy is available 🤷♀️ However, effective ways to do this is to enable a feedback mechanism for identifying toxic activity. You can use employee engagement and 360-degree assessment tools to get feedback about the working conditions and work culture within the organization. Tackling a toxic work space and turning it into a positive one is not an easy task, but possible. 🌟 At the moment, I work at a great company with brilliant teams and we enjoy discussions and feedback on various arrising issues or problems and give our all to maintain a healthy work environment. Thats prevention at its best, because we care.🤩🤟 The way I see and perform it in my daily practice: ✅Approaching team members in a positive way. ✅Leading by example. ✅Appreciating positive actions. ✅Appreciating strengths in every employee. ✅Creating a safe space for feedback and discussions. ✅One on one time for problem solutions and feedback. ⁉️How do you prevent toxicity in your teams?
Guys, Happy Friday! Enjoy 👀😂😂
I can't stop laughing
