3moI had been a loyal customer of AT&T for over 30 years. Although I continue to get absolutely no customer agent contact on the phone. I continueed to be a loyal customer. I was unavailable for 2 months and could not pay a $10.00 ACP monthly bill. Then, I lost my phone due to the fact that I had to move suddenly. I had a pre-paid account with the same phone number for 16 years. AT&T disconnected my service, with no consideration to my loyalty. I continue to reach out you ask me to dial 611 from my phone, which I don't have. The local AT&T offices are so incompetent. They all sit around on their phones and look stupid when customers asks for help. All they do is refer us to the Corp Office, which is worst and no help. They said, they don't know why the local AT&T sales office sends customers to them. All AT&T does is take your money. There is no customer relations, no customer service, no technical support for prepaid customers. You do not care how long individuals have been a customers. My number is still showing me as the owner, although you disconnected it. You can not assign my 16 year old phone number back to me, but you are going to recycle it and assign it to someone else, which makes absolutely no sense. Make this make sense
