As promised I share with you the key takeaways from the vibrant BMW rad°hub, where I took part in the BMW's Future Scenario Workshop, a global gathering of around 40 thought leaders. The mission? To collectively envision and define our future in the year 2050.🚀 But first I would like to share how our group envisioned 2050 in the end of the masterclass: ✅ In the future, human communities will be digitally empowered, embracing sustainability and change through technology. Connectivity is considered a fundamental human right, fostering trust in technology for a balanced coexistence of humans and innovation. Organized literated micro-communities, deeply connected to nature, envision spending significant time outdoors for holistic well-being. ✅ The focus will be on regeneration and liberating ourselves from connectivity constraints, both digital and enabled by technology. This vision emphasizes diverse connections – with nature, with other humans, and with other beings on Earth. ✅ Another important part of the future are new regulations that gain control over technology and rebuild trust. The Europe-wide Drive2Transform project was recently launched under the coordination of R-Tech Group in #Regensburg!🚀 The initiative will better connect small and medium-sized companies in the automotive sector and actively shape the transition towards electrification, automation and new business models. It brings together nine experienced partners from eight European countries. 🌍 Networking opportunities like these are precisely the reason why Bavaria excels in cross-industry innovation. In the mobility sector, initiatives such as the Mobility & Logistics Cluster or the Digital Hub Mobility are also creating a platform for disruptive innovations. Projects such as the Hydrogen Centre. We spent the turn of June and July intensively! 🔥 In addition to MeetUp, where we had the opportunity to perform alongside Aleksandra Pedraszewska, we were also present at the CEE Innovation & Investment EXECUTIVE SUMMIT at the Wilanów Palace. Our CEO Magdalena Jabłońska had the pleasure of moderating a panel entitled "Era of Machines: Unleashing the Potential of Robotics in Industry and Beyond" and brought together industry experts to discuss the current and future applications of robotics across various sectors. 🤖 The discussion revealed that the level of robotization in Poland is, unfortunately, very low, with many companies still hesitating to adopt it. We have much to learn from countries like Germany and Korea, which are far ahead. As we agreed, robotics: enhances competitiveness addresses labor shortages boosts productivity ensures quality offers flexibility and scalability leads to cost reduction fosters innovation supports sustainability and enables data-driven decisions. Our journey began this week, in a strategic long-term partnership (research & development) including additional future use cases for Spot, and Stretch, a box-moving robot. It was fascinating to watch Robert, Marc and Kay delve into what's achievable now and what the future could look like. People and technology - working together- is essential for addressing the skill shortage in the industry and remaining an attractive employer in this day and age. I was personally awe-struck by Hannah's demonstration guiding Spot through various environments.
