14 is traditionally a significant milestone in a person's life, marking the transition from childhood to adolescence and associated with balance and harmony. In the Hindu epic Ramayana, the 14-year-old "Vanvaas" (life in a Jungle) refers to the period of exile in the forest that Lord Rama, his wife Sita, and brother Lakshmana underwent. This period was significant as it symbolized the challenges, tests, and trials and the strength and resilience required to overcome them. Today, on our 14th anniversary, we only see an incredible adventure fueled by passion and determination as we ponder the journey so far. Reflecting on our path, marked by a commitment to nurturing art forms, supporting not-for-profit causes, and positively impacting various aspects of life, is heartwarming. We have had our share of hardships and challenges to overcome that we embraced with unwavering dedication and perseverance in an industry accused of lacking professionalism and no formal education and training. Our belief in the power of quality and a client-first approach has been instrumental in our success. Our story goes beyond event management and includes nurturing, sustainability, promoting children's education, enhancing opportunities, and mentoring teenagers. Our work reflects our purpose. We take great pride in following our passions and making an impact in our chosen fields, and it is an honor to serve as an inspiration for others who share that vision. Hopefully, this remarkable journey will continue to flourish with purpose, class, and success for a long time! #entrepreneurialjourney #purpose #corporateevents #clientsevicing #clientfirst #quality
In the journey of success, each anniversary is a milestone that reminds us to keep dreaming, keep striving, and keep achieving. Celebrating 14 years of the black swan, as we prepare for the road ahead.
Joyful Journey of 14 years!

2 weeks ago I celebrated my 8th anniversary at Anyline Here are some learning for everyone, who isn't sure if he/she/they is qualified enough for a job or company. My journey so far was quite a roller coaster. From a team of 15 to team of 100, from internship to leading a team. There will be never an easy, linear way within your career - but exactly this makes it exciting. These are my learnings so far from my 8 years journey: 11.2015 Internship Design & Marketing It took me 3 weeks to apply for this internship, because I didn't know anything about OCR, SDK, or the software business overall and wasn't sure if I fit. Learning: If you don’t try, you will never now. 02.2016 Product Designer After 3 months of internship, the team saw my potential and hired me. It didn’t matter that I didn’t know about our products when I started, but it did matter that I was highly motivated to learn about it and contribute to the companies success. Learning: A really good leader sees your potential and supports it. 01.2017 Brand Manager My passion was always in branding and creating awareness. With the culture we have at Anyline I talked to my team lead and I got the possibility to develop myself further. Learning: There will be no change, if you don’t speak up for yourself. 01.2019 Senior Brand Manager I started to have a small team of designers and event managers and started to do less design by myself, as I realised my strengths are within other areas. Learning: Accept your strengths & weakness. 03.2020 VP of Branding Strategy My contribution was recognised and I got a promotion to VP of Branding Strategy Learning: Resilience and loyalty will pay off (most of the time) 05.2021 VP of Strategic Partnership Due to some restructuring a new opportunity was offered to me and I decided to develop in a different direction, by leading our strategic partnerships. In this 12 months I learned so many new things, that I was a bit scared about: like working on 100 pages of legal contracts Learning: Try new things - the time is never lost as you gain new experience. 07.2022 Head of Awareness Marketing After 1 year within a new area, I realised my heart still beats for branding and creating awareness. And thankfully there was another door opening within Anyline for my next step. Learning (all of the above) - My team lead saw my strength & potential - I spoke up for myself & addressed my need - I gained new experience, which helps me in my new role - I accepted that my strengths lies within branding & awareness If you are wondering, what I'm exactly doing today, you can watch my 60 seconds video
Last week, we celebrated her 8-year Anyline anniversary. And like our company, her role and contributions to our goals have continued to evolve. This is what our own Sophie Kreuzer gets up to in a day, featured in this week's "My Job in 60 Seconds". Enjoy and join us in celebrating 8 amazing years!

As we near our 10th Anniversary celebrations at CM Advocates LLP, these are some of the most important lessons that I have come to embrace: 1. Don't try to be better; be different. In other words; always think differently; and often inverse. 2. You should be ruthless when it come to execution. Concerning this point, I wish to borrow these two quotes: (a) “Ideas are easy. Execution is everything.” – John Doerr (b) “Strategy without execution is hallucination.” – Thomas Edison 3. Always be bold and courageous. Never give room to fear or self doubt. In the words of Peter Drucker, “The best way to predict the future is to create it." 4. Resilience and agility are critical and indispensable skills or attributes in life and in business; therefore, cultivate them. By these I mean that we should always be ready to respond quickly to any disruptions or change. On this point, here is my favourite quote from the father of the rainbow nation, Nelson Mandela: "Do not judge me by my success, judge me by how many times I fell down and got back up again." And this too: "When you have exhausted all possibilities, remember this: you haven't."~ Thomas A. Edison
