I recently shared that I’d been leading the Customer Success track at our Volaris Group Activate Summit. Customer Success is certainly a term that’s become more commonplace in recent years – but it got me thinking about what it really means – both in light of what we talked about at the summit, and what it means day-to-day here at Gaina Software. For us, it's about forging lasting relationships where we understand our clients' goals and work tirelessly to help them achieve and exceed them. We do that through immersing ourselves in their business and becoming an extension of their team so we get to know the unique challenges and opportunities they face and can be ready to adapt when they need us to. We get huge satisfaction from empowering our clients to grow, thrive, and evolve.
