3moAre there any events/workshops for male investors/VC’s to attend to help skill them up in managing subconscious bias in their investment process and improving their capability to make diverse investments? I ask because I think there are two sides to this important equation, upskilling female founders and getting them raise fit AND supporting those writing cheques to improve their investment decisions. With numerous studies demonstrating startups with female founders outperform male only founded start ups yet only around 3% of venture capital goes to female founders it appears a lot of money is being left on the table so it would be great for them to get some help with that.
