The #AI investment race is dominated by the US and China. 💸 The #US and #China are leading the investments in AI startups. The US has invested nearly $250 billion in 4,643 companies since 2013. In 2022 alone, 524 AI startups were founded in the US, attracting $47 billion in private funding. China had the highest average corporate investment, with its 160 newly-founded AI startups receiving an average of $71 million each. The #UK, #Israel, and #Canada have also joined the AI race, however, at a significant lower scale. 💼 AI investment is spread across various industries. In 2022, the #healthcare sector attracted $6.1 billion in AI investment. Data management, processing, and #cloud services received $5.9 billion, while AI fintech received $5.5 billion. The #cybersecurity and data protection sector attracted $5.4 billion, and the #retail sector had a massive $4.2 billion investment. Investors have the opportunity to support AI advancements by strategically allocating funds to AI-focused sectors. However, the amount of money involved is just one of the variables to take into account for the assessment of the possible success of AI adoption across industries. #investmentstrategy #artificialintelligence Source: Global X, Visual Capitalist, Alan Kennedy

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞? Having spent two days at #VivaTech, I walk away with a sense of pride that France hosted such a major event mixing large corporates, SMEs, more than 1000 startups, able to attract top public and private voices of the sector, over such a large spectrum of related topics (mobility, education, sustainability, commerce, ….). The overwhelming focus was on AI, its potential, its adoption, its use cases, its investment. An even bigger focus (maybe too much?) in the conferences was on AI’s risks to employment, data privacy, an AI driven society, super intelligence, cybersecurity, bias and discrimination…. Fear makes it difficult to embrace change. At iO Partners, we embrace generative and predictive AI with no second thoughts, but with open eyes. No second thoughts as we relentlessly seek to optimize our processes (x3 Quality, /5 time) and the way we render our services using #data and #predictiveAI to better inform our client’s decisions in a frictionless customer journey. With open eyes as we protect our client’s data and stay close to our values to ensure a human and respectful implementation. But we are clear on the path forward: successful consulting companies will be people lead and #AIdriven to deliver the highest standards of service at the highest speed…..to make real estate easier. #iOPartners #DigitalTransformation #GenerativeAI #RealEstateTech
