Automation taken to another level: www.rmote.health Revolutionising Primary NHS Care with Patient-Led Automation 🌟🚀 In today's digital age, the power of automation is transforming industries across the board. But what if I told you that the next big leap in healthcare could come from patient-led automation? 🤖💡 Imagine a world where an app, designed by and for patients, could streamline primary NHS care, making it more efficient and patient-centric. Here’s how this innovation can make a difference: 🌍 Empowering Patients: By using a patient-led app, individuals can take charge of their health journey. They can book appointments, access medical records, and even receive personalised health advice at their fingertips. ⌛ Reducing Waiting Times: Automation in primary NHS care can cut down on administrative tasks, allowing healthcare professionals to focus on what truly matters – patient care. Fewer delays mean faster treatments and better outcomes! 📊 Improving Data Accuracy: With automated data entry and management, the likelihood of errors decreases. This ensures that healthcare providers have accurate, up-to-date information to make informed decisions. 🔄 Enhancing Continuity of Care: An integrated app can seamlessly connect patients with multiple healthcare providers, ensuring that their care is consistent and well-coordinated, no matter where they are. 💬 Facilitating Communication: Automated reminders, notifications, and messaging through the app can keep patients informed and engaged, leading to higher adherence to treatment plans and follow-up appointments. This isn't just a tech upgrade; it's a paradigm shift. Patient-led automation isn’t about replacing the human touch – it's about enhancing it, making primary NHS care more responsive and personalised. Let’s embrace the potential of automation to build a healthcare system that listens, learns, and leads with the patient at its heart. ❤️🔧 #HealthcareInnovation #NHSCare #PatientLed #Automation #DigitalHealth #HealthcareRevolution #PrimaryCare #PatientCentric Would you like more information on how patient-led apps can revolutionise healthcare? Feel free to reach out and let’s discuss! 🌟📲

2023 is the year Three Omens graduated from "startup." Here's the checklist of successes that proves such. ✅ We surpassed 7-figures in annual revenue ✅ Have five employees and dedicated contractors ✅ Have an amazing office & offer hybrid work environment ✅ Honor the 5-day x 8-hour work schedule and limited work communication after hours ✅ Launched marketing campaigns for our services ✅ Have productized deliverables that target specific potential customers ✅ Retain over a dozen repeat clients on retainer that fuel our brand's rapid expansion. But to be completely transparent, I must share the losses/battles accompanying this growth path. ❌ Our first three years, we barely broke even and made enough to pay ourselves 30% less than what we earned in our prior careers. ❌ We worked ourselves to near death. 10-hour day minimums, weekends, and even some holidays. ❌ Worked mostly remote, on our dining room tables or coffee shops ❌ Only had contractors ❌ Said Yes to any job that landed on our table Every "W" comes from taking many "L's". Thankful for my business partner, Jake Craigmile. Thankful for any client that has trusted us to fulfill their needs. Thankful for the incredible team we have built and their ambition. #agency #entrepreneurship #startupstory
Grateful for another year of: ✅amazing clients ✅an incredible team ✅brand growth & development LFG 2024!🚀

Talent & Office Manager | Growing & Supporting Our Team of Tech Recruitment Consultants | The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024
⭐EMPLOYEE HIGHLIGHT ⭐ If there's someone's career in recruitment worth following it is Ann-Marie Robinson's. 489% to-target performance for September 🎯🤯 The result of a great personal performance, finishing up some work for a few clients before embarking on a retained project for one of her top clients. WHILE: Managing a team of 5 Providing 1-to-1 coaching & Passing information to other divisions AND: Embodying our values of Trust, Best and Togetherness. Talk about multi-tasking! I often find myself stopping what I'm doing to listen in on her advice and call coaching. Small tweaks can make a huge difference. You have to know WHY you're doing something before you do it. Again, well done Ammers! Can't wait to see what else you create in Q4.
September and Q3 over and done with and a very pleasing month to finish the quarter with for Oakwell Hampton Ann-Marie Robinson continues a sensational year with another brilliant performance - beating a host of good performances to win our consultant of the month award. She also takes the Values award - her performance from a consultant, managing and team work perspective was absolutely brilliant. Well done. Team #Netherlands take the team award. Really good per head performance from the team, just need to teach some of them how to smile now (see pic) It is tough out there no doubt, but the opportunities are there. Im excited to see if we can finish the year strongly in Q4. Did someone say Christmas..............

CEO of Data Analytics & AI Platform Hurree | Limited Partner at Born Capital | Serial Entrepreneur | 3x Founder | Dog Dad
At Hurree, we pride ourselves on fostering a culture of openness, innovation, and continuous improvement. This year, we're focusing on making Hurree the best place it can be and at the start of this year we introduced a new initiative in which all employees receive a quarterly survey where they can voice their opinions anonymously. The purpose of this survey is simple but powerful: to gather honest feedback and suggestions from every team member, ensuring that we continue to grow and improve as an organization. Already, the insights we've received this year have been enlightening. The suggestions and honest feedback have sparked discussions and prompted us to introduce various activities and initiatives that have already lead to positive changes within the company. Looking forward to seeing what new suggestions we receive in the Q3 survey to continue to make Hurree the best place to work!

Have you ever stopped to consider the immense impact that genuine recognition can have on your team? In an industry as demanding as senior living and skilled nursing, recognizing the hard work and dedication of our team members is not just a nice-to-have, it's essential. It's about more than just saying good job – it's about acknowledging the challenges they overcome, the compassion they show, and the difference they make in the lives of our residents every single day. So here's a challenge for us all: let's commit to identifying and celebrating at least one specific achievement or quality in a team member each week. Whether it's through a formal recognition program, a personal note, or a shout-out during a team meeting, these moments of appreciation can transform workplace morale. Who will you recognize this week?
