The perfectly implemented FL integration scheme: no, no wave-mean flow interaction or instability development. When water is dripped on a basin with moderate mean zonal flow, the ring ripple travels undisturbed. The poorly implemented FW integration scheme: FL is not realistic. The randomly added initial noise develops by drawing energy from the mean zonal flow. Consequently, the ring ripple formed by the water droplet at the center of the field gets obscured, similar to real river flow. Neither is trustable. But maybe I can draw an interesting insight from the comparison between them.

Wind Resistance Device A wind-resistant device composed of connecting parts and partially weakened metal columns. It is used when the rubber isolation bearings in earthquake-isolated buildings cannot meet the wind resistance requirements.
