Horrible service from Aramex! Two weeks of delay and asking for unreasonable extra charge. No one able to contact the airline for the latest update, even the CS just ignored the messages. That caused be 10k USD LOSS and Aramex is not going to bear any compensation due to their delay. Until now, I still don’t have my exact status of shipment. The management is bad, the CS is bad, I wish people seeing my comment will select another shipment company if you don’t wanna lose money .
