Diversity @ MAHLE ERG: bridging cultures and strengthening unity In May 2023 the Diversity @ MAHLE ERG (Employee Resource Group) initiative was founded in our Troy location in the United States. This team comes from diverse countries, cultures, and beliefs, yet they all pursue the same goal: fostering diversity and inclusion within MAHLE. Their mission is to connect different cultures and strengthen unity across the organization. The team is convinced that“We are all ONE MAHLE, regardless of where we come from, which business area we work in or what degree we have. Our differences make us better” Diversity @ MAHLE ERG actively promotes diversity through monthly newsletters and regular on-site and remote events, keeping colleagues informed, educated and engaged. Their Black History Month event in February 2024 was a remarkable success, attracting over 500 employees who participated actively and posed insightful questions.
