Behind every success story lies a journey of love, dedication, and unwavering support. For me, that journey is intertwined with the heartbeat of hockey, a passion that transcends the boundaries of the rink and seeps into every aspect of my life. Why did I randomly start popping up on your feed? The truth is, I just created a LinkedIn account. Between six years of owning my investment company and doing over 200 completed real estate deals, I never found the value in posting on social media, especially since I was already making money. However, as I continue to grow my company and bring on new team members, I’m learning the importance of relationships, community and adding value to others. I haven’t formally introduced myself to you yet, so here I am! My name is Tyson Guy. I started my real estate career two months before senior year of high school started and closed my first wholesale deal for $500 four weeks into starting. After I Graduated in June I obtained my real estate license in August. From there, it was history. At the age of 23 I now Co-own the best company in Texas Grapevine Capital Investments. I also got married about 5 days ago to my high school sweetheart. I have had a lot of success and failures that came with the journey. I simply want to share everything that I learned in the last 6 years of being in business and be that resource I wish I had when I started. I want to provide as much value as possible regarding business, real estate, family, manhood, etc.! Let me know in the comments below what topics you want me to hit on. Looking forward to connecting with you all! #newtold #realestate #business #success.

Real Estate Investor | Top Sales Leader Business Development I Passive Investing & Lifestyle Freedom 🌴
Didn't make multi-six figures last year. Journal 15 mins each morning Work out 5x a week Cold plunge daily Do breathwork What I did do — Built up a 1000 investor community Moved to Costa Rica, better life for kids Hired team members for more time with family Elevate skillset: $50K on coaches, masterminds Sold underperforming assets, protected other properties Created strong, deep relationships with top-tier GP teams Balanced 2 under 3, husband travelling for work running a biz Lived my passion: teaching people how to invest in commercial real estate Silent success is under-rated. Progress is progress. Not every season of life is 10X. #realestateinvesting P.S. my team has been looking for opportunities for 9 months, underwriting a ton of deals, and submitting LOIs, to bring a diamond in the rough to our investors (and we've found it!). If you're looking for cash flow, profit share AND diversification in commercial real estate, DM me ACCESS to see if you qualify to invest. P.P.S. The GP team is personally the largest allocation (that's how excited we are...) [pictured: one of my favourite moments last year, meeting the OG himself Robert Kiyosaki]

With the Super Bowl coming up this weekend, we wanted to take a minute to draw some parallels between estate planning and the Super Bowl. 🏈 Just like a winning team needs a well-thought-out game plan to secure victory, individuals and families also require a solid estate plan to protect their assets. Here's a more tangible example. Consider the quarterback as the executor of an estate, making critical decisions and leading the team to success. Much like how a quarterback relies on their teammates to execute plays effectively, an executor needs the support of legal and financial professionals to navigate the complexities of estate planning.

It's awesome to see former athletes 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 to business... Grant Hill is joining the new Baltimore Orioles ownership group ⚾ Hill is also an investor in the Atlanta Hawks: 🏀 2015: $850m valuation 2023: $3.3B valuation And that's not all... • Grant Hill and his wife Tamia are part owners of Orlando City SC (MLS) and the Orlando Pride (NWSL) ⚽ • Hill is a basketball analyst on Turner Sports, wrote an autobiography, started a PE fund, and has an extensive portfolio of commercial real estate. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙚: 💭 ❶ Maximize your time as an athlete (growing your wealth and influence). ❷ As you near retirement, start taking on projects to make the transition easier. ❸ Once retired, used media to stay relevant (books, TV, events, radio, etc) and prioritize ownership through a portfolio of investments. When I left my full-time job to start my own company, I was excited about the purposeful steps I was going to take. Focus on work I believe in, take only clients I believe in, commit to excellence, and only hire people who I know do amazing work. All of this is about belief, focus and purpose. And one thing I always have and always will believe is our collective responsibility to take care of one another and to make our communities a better place. It's why I volunteer. It's why I serve on my local school board. And it's why I'm running for Fitchburg City Council. Some may think it's crazy. Just like some think that starting a business with two young kids is crazy. But unlike them, I know a secret. You're fueled by what inspires you and you're sustained by the ways in which you spend your time and energy. Being a public servant makes me a better leader, a better problem solver, a better mom, a better partner, and a better person. - The biggest buy-in I've had to gain from voting shareholders? 15,000 voters passing a $19M referendum to fund our teachers and schools. - The best lessons I've had in how to be a humble servant leader? Tutoring parents learning English as a second language at their local library in between their multiple part-time jobs - The greatest lesson in creative problem solving? Having to solve so many community challenges with incredibly small budgets. I could go on. Instead, I'll just share my gratitude for the immense privilege I have to run for service of my Fitchburg neighbors. https://lnkd.in/gYXH6zrm

My favorite moment in Boston Sports History: All the championships nope. My fav moment was The Bruins going in the stands because an Islander fan threw a beer on Peter McNabb in 1979! And now why is this relevant to BitOoda: I had a rather interesting conversation yday. A Boutique Placement Consultant reached out to me and asked if I could set a mtg using Calendy. I said sure I will play along. This is how the conversation went. Timothy my name is Abigail Smith-Jones but my friends call me “Peaches”. (Not her real name of course). But using her maiden name and husband last name always raises an antenna w me. Timothy I represent the prestigious executive consultant firm Rockefeller & Hearst (again not the real name but close). I consider Captains of Industy and many of the CEOs of the largest investment banks not only my dear friends but also clients. I see you sold a company to ICE/NYSE I often spend time in Atlanta w Jeffy and Kelly and I see you live in Greenwich and summer in Nantucket. As a child my family would summer on the island in July and then my family would force me to go to Switzerland to learn French…can you imagine the thought! I said how ghastly!!! I said so Abbie you are a headhunter, singing for dinner everyday just like me and by the way I did not summer on ACK as a child, we moved almost every month when the rent was due. And as far as Mr. Sprecher the CEO of ICE I highly doubt he remembers me I was a low level employee in Aisle 9. As far as my hiring plans I like to think of myself like Terry O’Reilly jumping over the glass to go after a fan who hit one of his teammates and I want young men and women I hire to go into the stands with me!!! So no you won’t be seeing me at Polo this Sunday in Greenwich. Needless to say the line simply dropped. Ok a little exaggeration on moving every time the rent was due-Pugsy Pearson used that line, Pugsy arugably one of the greatest proposition bettors ever! If anyway knows who he is I will buy you a drink! #bitcoin #hpc #bostonbruins #derivatives #defi #ibit #venturecapital #eth #commoditytrading #newenglandpatriots
